2025
The company has been recognized by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise. It has also achieved a breakthrough in the production of “burn-through transformers,” laying a solid foundation for future collaborations in the specialized transformer sector. Continuing to leverage the opportunities presented by the Belt and Road Initiative, the company has exported multiple batches of large‑capacity transformers, including models such as the SFSZ‑40000/158‑38.5‑6.6, to Ukraine. Additionally, the company has obtained a Grade II General Contracting License for electrical engineering construction, a Construction Labor Service Enterprise Qualification Certificate, and a Level III Certificate for Installation, Maintenance, and Testing of electrical equipment.
2024
Continuing to ride the fast track of the Belt and Road Initiative, the company’s SZ20-6300/115-NX2 second‑class energy‑efficiency oil‑immersed transformer has been exported to Ukraine in its third batch; it has also successfully passed the prequalification review for the State Grid’s 10 kV distribution transformer framework tender. Furthermore, the company has repeatedly won bids in the Shaanxi Provincial State‑Owned Enterprises Trading Zone, with its business now covering most prefecture‑level cities across the province.
2023
The four SFZ20‑100000/110kV main transformers manufactured for the 400 MW photovoltaic power project in Hotan, Xinjiang, have been successfully commissioned and are now generating electricity. Meanwhile, the SFZ20‑100000/110kV large‑capacity transformer produced by Shaanxi Tuori New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been delivered smoothly. Continuing to ride the fast track of the Belt and Road Initiative, the company’s SZ11‑4000kVA/110kV large oil‑immersed transformer has been exported to Ukraine. Additionally, the enterprise has been recognized by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a “2023 Demonstration Enterprise for the Transformation and Upgrading of the Private Economy.”
2022
The four large SFZ20-100000/110kV photovoltaic power‑generation transformers for Guodian Investment Xinjiang Energy & Chemical were completed on schedule. The dry‑type transformer production line at Puzhen Industrial Park was put into operation, and company executives granted interviews to several media outlets, including the provincial and municipal Cyberspace Administration offices and West China Net.
2021
The newly introduced 630 kV generator set has completely resolved the company’s issues of insufficient test power and power‑restriction constraints; the SSZ11‑63000/110 transformer manufactured for State Grid Sichuan Minjiang Electric Power Company has been delivered.
2020
All the packaged substations contracted by State Grid Shaanxi Company have been fully delivered; the company’s packaged substations, oil-immersed transformers, and distribution cabinets have entered the China Railway Group market.
2019
To enhance the company’s brand visibility and expand across multiple regions, the company name was upgraded to “Shaanxi TEB Power Equipment Co., Ltd.”; the SZ13‑70000/110 large power transformer made its debut in the Guizhou Power Grid of State Power Investment Corporation; an oil‑filled transformer won a bid with State Grid Hubei, marking the first entry of our products into Hubei’s main grid market; riding the momentum of the Belt and Road Initiative, we strengthened international trade, exporting our large oil‑filled transformers to countries along the Eastern European route.
2018
Vice Chairman Wang Yongqing of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce paid a visit to the company; funding for the infrastructure construction of the new plant in Puzhen Industrial Park has been secured, and construction has commenced, with multiple patents having been obtained; a major technological breakthrough has been achieved in large rectifier transformers, which have now been integrated into the Southern Power Grid.
2017
State Grid Tibet Company won the bid, providing strong support for State Grid Zhejiang Company’s poverty‑alleviation projects; S13 and SH15 high‑efficiency, low‑loss transformers have entered full‑scale mass production.
2016
The box-type substation has been recognized as a “Shaanxi Provincial Brand Product” and has obtained certification under the environmental management system.
2015
It has passed the acceptance review on the State Grid Corporation’s platform and obtained national-level certification as a “High-Tech Enterprise.”
2014
Two SZ11-100000/110 power transformers were manufactured for China Power Investment Corporation.
2012
Completed the merger and restructuring with Hanzhong Jiangnan Die Casting Co., Ltd.
2009
Successfully developed the SZ11-40000/110 power transformer. Successfully developed the HSSP-11000/35, the largest single-phase electric furnace transformer in Northwest China, featuring a pioneering “figure‑8” coil winding process, and delivered it to the Yellow River Group.
2008
A batch of de-icing transformers has been dispatched from Yongzhou and Chenzhou in Hunan Province. Two S211-20000/35 power transformers were provided as part of earthquake relief efforts following the Wenchuan earthquake.
2007
A batch of ZHZ-2500/35 rectifier transformers has been exported to Iran.
2005
The SZ11-8000/35 power transformer has been successfully prototyped.
