Basic equipment selection solution (core hardware architecture) — the foundation of all solutions, determining the transformer’s fundamental performance, safety rating, and energy‑saving capabilities.

Energy and Chemical Industry

The energy and chemical industries—including petroleum, petrochemicals, coal‑to‑chemicals, natural gas, and new‑energy chemicals—exhibit key characteristics such as high corrosivity, flammability and explosiveness, high dust levels, elevated voltages, heavy loads, continuous production, complex harmonic distortion, harsh operating environments, and stringent safety thresholds. Transformer solutions must be designed around eight critical dimensions: high reliability, intrinsic safety, energy efficiency and consumption reduction, resistance to severe environmental conditions, harmonic mitigation, intelligent operation and maintenance, explosion‑proof and corrosion‑resistant features, and emergency preparedness, covering all application scenarios—from primary power supply and distribution to process‑load systems, hazardous‑chemical areas, new‑energy integration, retrofits of aging infrastructure, and emergency backup power. Adhering rigorously to mandatory industry standards—including GB 50052 “Code for Design of Power Supply and Distribution Systems,” GB 50160 “Fire Protection Design Standard for Petrochemical Enterprises,” and NB/T 10393 “Minimum Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Classes for Power Transformers”—we deliver comprehensive, field‑proven solutions tailored to specific scenarios and performance requirements.

Coal and mineral resources

The coal and mineral industries—including underground mines, open-pit mines, coal preparation plants, coking‑plant support facilities, and mine‑site logistics—exhibit core characteristics such as high dust levels, high humidity, elevated methane concentrations, severe corrosion, heavy mechanical impacts, confined spaces, explosion‑proof requirements, continuous production, and extreme power‑supply conditions. Transformer solutions must be designed around eight key dimensions: intrinsic safety, explosion‑proof and corrosion‑resistant construction, impact and heavy‑load resistance, high reliability and redundancy, dust‑ and moisture‑proofing, intelligent operation and maintenance, emergency‑response support, and compliance with applicable standards. These solutions cover all scenarios, including underground power supply, open‑pit mine power distribution, heavy‑load applications in coal preparation plants, coking‑plant integration, new‑energy system support, retrofitting of aging mines, and emergency backup systems. Adhering strictly to national and industry‑mandated standards—including GB 3836 (explosion‑proof standards), GB 50052 (power supply and distribution codes), MT/T 1095 (transformer standards for coal mines), and GB 50160 (fire‑protection requirements for the petrochemical industry)—and taking into account the distinct needs of various coal‑mining and mineral‑processing settings, we provide turnkey, fully implementable solutions tailored to each application.

Photovoltaic power generation

Photovoltaic power generation systems are characterized by significant DC‑side voltage fluctuations, inverter nonlinearity, pronounced harmonic content, stringent grid‑connection requirements, strong environmental adaptability, and the need to accommodate diverse application scenarios—including centralized, string‑type, residential, and commercial/industrial installations. As a critical interface device in photovoltaic plants, linking the DC side to the AC side and ultimately to the grid, transformers are designed around six key dimensions: safety and reliability, high efficiency and energy savings, harmonic mitigation, grid‑connection compatibility, resistance to environmental interference, intelligent operation and maintenance, and all‑scenario adaptability. These solutions cover a full spectrum of applications, ranging from large‑scale centralized PV plants and commercial/industrial distributed systems to residential PV installations, PV‑plus‑storage projects, and PV deployments on deserts, mountainous terrain, or water surfaces, as well as upgrades and retrofits of aging PV facilities. Adhering rigorously to national and industry‑mandated standards such as GB/T 19964 “Technical Specifications for Grid Connection of Photovoltaic Power Plants,” GB 20052 “Minimum Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Classes for Power Transformers,” GB/T 1094 “Power Transformers,” and NB/T 10393 “Minimum Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Classes for Transformers,” and taking into account the electrical characteristics and operating conditions of photovoltaic systems, we provide end‑to‑end, ready‑to‑deploy solutions.

Infrastructure project

Infrastructure projects span multiple sectors, including residential construction, municipal roads, bridges and tunnels, rail transit, water conservancy and hydropower, industrial parks, and rural infrastructure. The core power supply requirements are divided into two major phases: “temporary power during the construction period” and “permanent power after project completion,” characterized by **outdoor operations, high dust levels, significant temperature fluctuations, severe load variations (e.g., tower cranes, welding machines, concrete pumps), high mobility, stringent safety and compliance standards, and tight integration between temporary and permanent systems**. Addressing the key needs of infrastructure projects—“temporary emergency power, long-term stability, convenient deployment, energy efficiency, and safety compliance”—this solution offers customized configurations tailored to each phase and application scenario, balancing construction efficiency with long-term operational costs. It also resolves critical pain points on-site, such as voltage fluctuations, harsh environmental conditions, load surges, and emergency power supply, while fully complying with national mandatory standards for power supply safety and energy efficiency in infrastructure projects.

New energy power station

Transformers for new‑energy power plants—covering photovoltaic, wind, energy storage, and integrated solar‑wind‑storage systems—are core equipment that enable power conversion, voltage step‑up for grid connection, and safe operation. They must accommodate output fluctuations, high harmonic distortion, harsh environmental conditions, and grid‑connection compliance. This solution addresses scenario‑specific selection and configuration, key technologies, operation‑and‑maintenance support, cost‑effectiveness, and standardization, providing end‑to‑end solutions to the design, procurement, and O&M challenges of transformers in new‑energy power plants.
