• System: Three-phase AC, 50 Hz; rated voltage 3/6/10 kV (commonly 12 kV); rated current ≤ 4000 A; single- or double-busbar configurations, including sectionalized systems.

• Applications: Power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings—used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as for control, protection, and monitoring.

Performance Features

1. Utilizing heat-shrinkable insulating materials and epoxy coating insulation technology, optimizing electrode geometry, and adopting a compact cabinet structure to reduce the footprint;

2. The switchgear cabinet body is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel through CNC sheet-metal forming and assembled using high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts; the component surfaces are finished with powder coating or galvanizing.

3. It can be equipped with domestically produced ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breakers, as well as SF1, SF2, and FP‑type sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers from overseas, to meet the diverse needs of different users.

4. Each functional compartment of the switchgear is enclosed by metal panels and equipped with an independent pressure relief vent.

5. Operations such as opening and closing circuit breakers and grounding switches can all be performed with the switchgear cabinet closed, thereby enabling door‑closed operation.

6. The switchgear features a highly adaptable structure, with over 198 possible main wiring configurations to meet the diverse needs of different users.

7. A mechanical interlock is provided among the handcart, circuit breaker, earthing switch, and rear cabinet door, ensuring comprehensive “five‑prevention” functions and reliable safety.
