35kV epoxy‑resin cast dry‑type transformer (models SCB/SC series), with core components compliant with GB/T 10228, GB 1094.11, and IEC 60076 standards. It is a three‑phase indoor unit rated for 50 Hz, available in capacities from 30 kVA to 25,000 kVA, with voltage ratings of 35 kV ±2.5% / 0.4 kV (or 10 kV). Insulation class: F (155°C) / H (180°C). Cooling methods: AN (natural air cooling) / AF (forced air cooling). Protection levels: IP20 / IP23.

Performance Features

• Fire Safety: The epoxy resin is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing (UL94 V‑0 rating), oil-free, and free from explosion risks, making it suitable for high-rise buildings, subways, data centers, and other such environments.

• Reliable insulation: Vacuum casting ensures bubble-free construction, with partial discharge levels ≤10 pC; it is moisture- and dust-proof, capable of operating in 100% relative humidity, and requires no drying or preheating upon shutdown.

• High mechanical strength: The windings are fully cast, providing strong resistance to short circuits, withstanding sudden short-circuit electromagnetic forces and exhibiting excellent seismic performance.

• Energy-efficient and low-noise: The core is made of high-quality silicon steel laminations, reducing no-load losses by 5% compared to conventional products, with noise levels as low as 50–60 dB(A).

• Maintenance-free: Oil-free system, no need to monitor oil quality or level, low maintenance costs, and a design life of ≥25 years.

• Strong overload capability: With AF forced air cooling, it can operate continuously at 120% of rated load and withstand short-term overloads up to 150%.

• Flexible installation: Compact and lightweight, it can be placed directly at the load center, reducing civil engineering costs.
