• Altitude: ≤2000m.
• Temperature: -5℃ to +40℃, with a 24-hour average ≤35℃.
• Humidity: ≤50% at 40°C; ≤90% at 20°C (no condensation).
• Environment: No explosive atmospheres, no severe vibrations, no corrosive gases; tilt angle ≤ 5°.
Performance Features
• Modular steel frame: fabricated from 8MF cold‑formed steel, assembled with bolts; features 20 mm modular holes, offering high rigidity and broad versatility, and can be pre‑fabricated to shorten the construction schedule.
• Fixed‑partition type: The busbar compartment, circuit breaker compartment, and cable compartment are separated by metal partitions to limit the spread of faults; components are fixedly mounted, with no drawer mechanism.
• Safety Interlocks and Grounding: Door panels are grounded, and mechanical interlocks prevent misoperation; instrument doors and the cabinet body are reliably grounded to ensure personnel safety.
• Protection and Heat Dissipation: Up-and-down heat‑dissipation slots create a natural airflow, ensuring efficient cooling and low temperature rise; electrostatic powder coating provides corrosion resistance, while the matte panel reduces glare.
• Excellent dynamic thermal stability: With the main busbar positioned at the rear and high insulation strength of the busbar clamps, it can withstand a short-circuit current of 80 kA, ensuring high reliability.
• Flexible solutions: A wide range of standard configurations to suit power distribution, motor control, and reactive power compensation; excellent component compatibility, with domestic and imported brands fully interchangeable.
• Convenient wiring: The removable top cover facilitates busbar assembly; options for top, bottom, or rear cable entry accommodate diverse project requirements.
• Easy maintenance: Dual front and rear doors, clear component layout, and direct access from the front for inspection and replacement—no special tools required.
• Cost advantage: No complex drawer mechanisms, resulting in low manufacturing costs and high cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for budget‑sensitive projects.
• Applicable scenarios: Power plants, industrial and mining facilities, construction sites, shopping malls, and other distribution locations with stable loads that permit brief power interruptions.
